Dubai's Ghanaian Migrant Population

The United Arab Emirates is known for its diversity and vibrant culture, and the population of Dubai is proud of its many cultures. They are an integral part of the economy, many operating small businesses, providing quality services, and working in construction. In addition, many Ghanaians work in the healthcare industry as nurses, pharmacists, and medical technicians.

Additionally, Ghanaians have become a part of Dubai in a more social fashion. They are known for their strong sense of community and communal lifestyle. As such, they gather together often to celebrate their cultural traditions. There are many social gatherings, church activities, and popular “chop bars” which serve Ghanaian cuisine.

All in all, Ghanaian migrants have had a positive impact on the city of Dubai. They have created jobs, worked hard to build a better future, and provided invaluable services to the community. Their presence reminds all the people of Dubai of the importance of embracing diversity and the benefits that come with having a vibrant cultural makeup.
